Terms

When in effect, Free Freight promotions do not apply to phone orders. Free and flat rate shipping may not apply to all items, may not apply to all shipping locations, does not apply to AK or HI and does not apply to wholesale or business discount orders. Free and Flat rates are subject to change without notice. Operating days are business days excluding holidays. When orders are placed online, normally, we will try to ship your order in 2-3 business days. During peak seasonal and promotional periods (e.g. Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Free Shipping deals), we may require an additional 7-10 business days. Days in Transit do not include the day the order is shipped.

An inaccurate address can delay your order. Using only a PO Box, building or development name, intersections, or rural routes without the street numbered address or omitting unit designators such as apartment or suite numbers, will cause a delay in shipping. U.S addresses are accepted only. Abdallah Candies carefully packs your chocolates into cooler cases selected for the heat conditions during the time of transit. We are not responsible for melted product if the package is not stored in an air-conditioned or equally cool area upon delivery, or if there is an error in the address or if the delivery service is re-routed.

Accurately Address Your Order

Abdallah Candies is not responsible for delivery delays caused by adverse/unpredictable weather conditions or wrong address information.

Warm Weather

When required, Abdallah Candies will use insulated containers and Ice packs to get your chocolates to you safely. During periods of warm weather, chocolates cannot ship over the weekends and may not ship until the following Monday. We will send you an e-mail with tracking information when your order is ready to ship. Delays are also possible during the weeks with national holidays.

Normal and Peak Shipping Periods

We will try to ship orders in 2-3 business days. However, during peak seasonal and promotional periods, we may require up to 10 business days to ship.
